As a very experienced and fully qualified Yoga Teacher I was reminded by my students that I should promote more yoga workouts on board Jean de la Lune. I am always grateful for company from both teachers, experienced yoga students and everybody who just wants to try what it is all about. Breathing exercise at sea is most effective due to the purity of air, calmness of the sea and the mind. Star gazing brings spiritual experience like you will not experience anywhere else in the world. Exercise both on deck and on land brings strength and flexibility for healthy body and peaceful mind.
